Calculate a pay raise by percentage, compare annual gross income and estimate the approximate monthly take-home impact.
This is a simplified planning estimate, not tax advice. Benefits, deductions and progressive taxes can materially change take-home pay.

How to calculate a pay raise percentage
Multiply your current salary by the raise percentage to estimate the additional annual gross pay. For example, a 5% raise on $60,000 is $3,000, producing a new annual salary of $63,000 before taxes and deductions.
Use the withholding input only as a rough planning assumption. Your actual take-home change can differ because payroll taxes, benefits, retirement contributions and progressive tax rates do not move in a perfectly flat percentage.
